1- At a time when controversies taint the relationships between state governments and governors, Andhra Pradesh’s departing governor Biswabhusan Harichandan upheld the dignity and decorum of his office by ensuring the best coordination between various constitutional bodies and offering helpful advice on the state’s development, according to Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy on Tuesday.
