Despite a precarious position at 110/4, Jadeja and Dube’s partnership of 66 runs ensured CSK’s win.

RCB initially set a score of 173/5, highlighted by Rawat and Karthik’s unbeaten 95-run partnership off 50 balls after collapsing to 78/5.

RCB captain Faf du Plessis opted to bat first upon winning the toss.

MS Dhoni played as a wicket-keeper batsman for CSK amidst doubts over his selection.
